Elite Tailgate Company Guidelines, Terms of Use
Elite Tailgate Company is in no way liable for injury, theft, sickness, death or weather related inconveniences. Loss of TV connection can happen and will be corrected as soon as possible. Please be patient as ETC will work as efficiently as possible to restore service if an outage occurs. TV services are of a portable source in a public place, therefore ETC is not liable for the high volume of service being used in a condensed area. TV’s are expected to be on and operable by 11am. ETC will not issue refunds due to these circumstances. Rental equipment may vary in color but will be comparable. Full payment books your reservation. All fees must be paid in advance of the weekend or arrangements can be made by calling us. ETC Spot Marker Map will be provided along with a pin drop for the Name on the reservation. All TV and Fan addons include any power source required and/or other components needed. Please do not plug any equipment into generators as these are strictly for ETC TV’s, fans and lights only.
Weekly changes can happen, especially when SEC Nation OR College GameDay are on campus. Displacements may arise with Rentals and Season customers. We will work diligently to accommodate if and when changes arise.
*There will be no refunds for tailgate setups. The only exception will be if the University of Mississippi or The Governor of Mississippi cancels Tailgating in The Grove. By submitting your payment you agree to these terms.
** Disclaimer – on late football kickoff games the rule is the grove closes at midnight. The university has all rights to make updates on clean up crews, including changing to earlier times, which in turn means all vendors must have all gear down and cleaned up by this time frame as well. It does have a close time but that means all gear has to be removed by then. Tailgating will not be permissible after late football games. We ask that you please do not leave personal items in the tailgates unattended. We ask that any food and beverage that you plan to keep is removed from the tailgates prior to this time frame.
All coolers and rental gear designated with your tailgate are personal property of our company. We ask that you refrain from bringing extra personal gear that is left in the tailgate unattended. We will not be responsible for any abandoned, lost or stolen personal items. No refunds will be issued on our part. Meaning we take the tailgate down and landscape services Grove Clean Up Crew comes right behind us.
Event Guidelines
ETC adheres to all rules set by Ole Miss for Tailgating in The Grove.

There are designated areas the university allows traffic with a one way flow on game day. You must have a pass distributed by the University for access to enter. Parking time with this pass on Grove Loop, The Circle or University Avenue is limited to a 15 minute window. Per the University, no tailgate vendor is allowed to “RESERVE” a spot in the Grove or Circle. It is on a first come first serve basis.
